Glamourange offers free shipping worldwide on all orders. Your order will be safely packaged and delivered to your preferred address. Delivery takes between 2 and 14 business days, depending on your location. You can check the country list on our shipping page. You'll be able to track your package by using the shipping confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.

Taxes and Duties

The Glamourange postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are the direct responsibility of our customers. This is determined by the value of our customers' item orders.

For items delivered from outside the European Union, you may be subject to customs' duties and additional charges for VAT. Glamourange does not charge VAT. However, if we are obliged by law to collect VAT, then the VAT-inclusive price at checkout will be included and shown to you. For more information about these costs, you can ask the tax and customs authorities in your country.

Note: The items that you ordered will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid. In addition, a refund will not be given if you choose not to pick up your order item(s).

Re-routing shipped packages

Due to security reasons, we are unable to redirect any packages the moment the item or items have been shipped. If our shipped item or items are unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the item or items will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return, and the money you paid for the item or items will be refunded back to you.

Tracking Your Delivery

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. However, due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.

Occasionally, you may receive your items separately, despite having selected combined shipping. We apologize for this because unforeseen logistical problems may sometimes happen.
